	Panu Kaila B.Sc.(Eng.), born 1955 Employed by Efore since 2004 Executive Vice President, Operations since 2004 Before joining Efore held managerial positions in Elcoteq Networks Oyj (1999-2002) and Nokia MobilePhones Oy (1985-1999) and worked as Project Manager at the Helsinki University of Technology (1999).
	Markku Kukkonen Tech.Lic., born 1959 Employed by Efore since 2006 Executive Vice President, Product Development since 2006 Before joining Efore held managerial positions in Salcomp Oy's product development (1999-2005) and in Helvar Oy (1986-1999).
	Olli Nermes M.Sc.(Econ.), born 1956 Employed by Efore since 2007 Executive Vice President, CFO since 2007 Before joining Efore, worked as Director of Finance and IT at Evox Rifa Group (2003-2007) and in Intermarketing Oy as Vice President (2001-2003) and as Director of Finance in Helvar (1997-2001).
	Ilkka Starck, M.Sc (Eng)., born 1968 Employed by Efore since 2009 Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing since 2009 Prior to Efore Starck held several executive sales and marketing positions in the companies such as IBM, Solid Information Technology Oy (2004 - 2008), F-Secure Oy (2000 - 2004) and Ericsson (1995 - 1999).
