the environmental policy and its related instructions.

The cornerstones of Efore’s environmental policy are:

• provide guidelines for developing the environmental programs

We meet current environmental legislation and regulations.

In accordance with our environmental policy to continuously improve upon environmental aspects in our activities, our aim is
to reduce the environmental load of both our products and our operations. We favour economically and technically feasible solutions that conserve natural resources. Our aim is to avoid damaging to the environment.

We educate our stakeholders about the environmental matters and we take into account their feedback. We promote the
welfare of our personnel by maintaining working capacity, working environment satisfaction and safety at work.

Customers

We contribute to our customers' efficiency in protecting the environment and strengthen our competitiveness by anticipating
and understanding the needs and expectations of our customers and other stakeholders.

Suppliers

We pay attention to our suppliers’ environmental behaviour and require them to meet environmental legislation and other
regulations. We support and encourage our suppliers to develop their own environmental activities.

Personnel

All Efore personnel are responsible for managing resources in an efficient, economical and environmentally sound manner.
We promote environmental awareness by providing environmental training for our personnel and by running a company-wide suggestion scheme for environmental issues.
