Janar Randmaa, Method Design Engineer at Efore AS
In the beginning my duties included component pre handling, pre testing, packing and also folio repairing. After that for four years I was a Soldering machine and factory service technician and for two years a NPI Proto Manufacturing Leader. Now I work as a Method Design Engineer and my responsibilities include building the new products and transferring them to mass production. I also create work instructions and design jigs for production. During my employment I have had opportunity to attend different trainings which have helped me in my daily work. For example I have attended ESD principles trainings, quality management trainings, forklift driving trainings, English language trainings and first aid trainings. In my daily work I also use knowledge gained from trainings in SolidWorks 3D design software and in MOST standard time calculation. My colleagues of course share their valuable experiences and knowledge which I appreciate a lot. I enjoy my work and working at Efore. I really appreciate open and good communication with my colleagues. In the future I would like to develop and improve my skills in the field of mechanic design and I plan to start studies in mechanical engineering. |
I joined Efore six years ago when Efore opened the factory in Pärnu. I applied to Efore as it is a global company offering a lot of challenges. I also wanted to work with professional specialists.
