2) System serial number, if root cause analyze requested (mandatory)
3) Serial number(s) of the failed item (recommended)
4) Any own reference numbers (recommended)
5) Repair cost limit or other additional information (recommended)
Any comments which you may have at the end of the process would also be most welcome and appreciated.
