Designing a custom power supply is a combination of performance, size, efficiency, reliability and economy. The best customer value and cost efficiency can be achieved when we are involved during the early phases of concept design, particularly when we're able to help the customer with specifications and optimisation of the technical properties of a power supply. Often this is more cost efficient than a standard power supply.

High volume products for the telecom industry are optimised for the application systems. They are designed for high level efficiency and demanding environmental requirements. Applications include open and sealed constructions for a wide power range. Medium volume products for industrial automation systems are often designed for unique requirements. Applications include a broad range of low and high voltage supplies. Reliability is a key factor over a long product lifetime.

Medical equipment requires cost effective solutions with a strong emphasis on electrical safety and reliability. Compact subsystems for portable devices are needed. Typical application systems include power supply modules for intensive care stations, patient monitors, imaging systems, such as x-ray machines, and patient support systems.
