The Board of Directors of Efore Plc has decided that the shares issued in the bonus issues completed in 1994, 1995 and 1997 based on the bonus issue resolutions made on 12 April 1994, 16 February 1995 and 6 March 1997, that have still not been claimed shall be declared forfeited unless received no later than 31 January 2013. Efore Plc requests the shareholders to receive the shares issued in the bonus issues based on the foregoing bonus issue resolutions made on 12 April 1994, 16 February 1995 and 6 March 1997 that still have not been received, under threat that the shares shall otherwise be declared forfeited. The shares shall be received by presenting Efore Plc a claim where the preferred book-entry account for registering the claimed shares is announced. The request letter below (in Finnish only) will be sent to the shareholders entitled to the shares whose contact information are known to the company. |
