We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager

Your mission as our new colleague is to create customer demand for Efore products and solutions. This role includes boosting existing sales, generating new business and building long-term customer relationships. Efore is looking for an expansion of customer base, to do that we will strengthen our sales force. If you are market oriented, like to identify customer needs to which you propose right solutions to meet customer expectations you’re the one we are looking for. The responsibility area covers execution of Efore growth strategy focused both on financial gain and maximizing customer satisfaction. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the sales team colleagues.

To succeed in this position, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Good power electronics market knowledge combined with several years’ experience from the power electronics business in R&D, Sales or Business Development
  • Eager to connect with customers, actively but also by being accessible, through relevant communication, travel to customer meetings, exhibitions and partners on a regular basis
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in German or other languages is an advantage   

You will work at our head office in Espoo or in Stockholm.
